Paiseec S3 Mobility Scooter
A four-wheel folding scooter with a 25 or 40 mile range, a two-step fold, and the PAi safety system that slows you on turns and hills.
View productPaiseec mobility scooters are built around folding, weight, and range, because those decide whether a scooter actually gets used. The range starts with the 32-pound L5 and its one-step fold, then moves through the S3 with up to 40 miles of range, the compact D3 and D3 Pro, and the full-size D1 and S1 with extra legroom. Every model folds for a car trunk and uses a removable battery, so you can charge indoors or carry a spare. All of them include the PAi safety system, which eases off on turns and downhill slopes. Choose by how far you travel and how often you lift.

View productStart with weight, folding, and range. Weight decides whether you or a caregiver can lift it into a car; folding decides how long that takes; range decides how far you can go between charges. Then check the seat height, legroom, and turn radius against your own home and vehicle. Our scooter range breaks down into compact folding models, lighter travel models such as the L5, and larger four-wheel scooters with more legroom.
It depends on the battery fitted. In our range the S3 is offered with a 25-mile or 40-mile battery, the L5 is rated up to 30 miles, and the S1 is rated up to 25 miles. Real-world distance falls with rider weight, hills, cold weather, and higher speed settings, so treat the rating as a best case.
Several Paiseec scooters, including the S3 and L5, use removable lithium batteries and are offered with travel in mind. Whether you can fly depends on the battery watt-hour rating and your airline policy, which changes. Confirm with your carrier before you book rather than assuming approval.
Our lightest scooter, the L5, is listed at about 32 pounds, and the D3 Pro at about 35 pounds. The larger four-wheel models such as the S1 and D1 are heavier because of their longer frames and bigger batteries. If you lift your scooter often, weight matters more than almost any other specification.
Yes, but measure first. Compact folding models turn in tighter spaces, while full-size scooters need wider doorways and more room to maneuver. Check the turn radius and overall length on the product page, and consider a model with a removable basket if space is tight.
